October 10|Mission Grilled Cheese

It’s grilled cheese time again! We’re serving late-night grilled cheese sandwiches to college students on Friday night at Church on Main! This is one of the most successful college events that we host, reaching out and connecting with many students! We could use your help! If you’re a “night owl,” come to Church on Main tomorrow night at 11 PM and help us serve grilled cheese sandwiches until we run out! Contact Katie Cross for more information.

October 11|Main Men Breakfast

Main Men will meet again for breakfast on Saturday, October 11, from 8:30-10 AM. Men of all ages are welcome to attend. Please register below so we know how much food to prepare. Contact Dave Rettig with questions.

October 12|Unified Service & Convo #3

The Pastor Search Committee has partnered with The Center for Healthy Churches to guide Church on Main through a prayerful and congregation-wide transition process. Everyone is encouraged to participate in upcoming Congregational Conversations, scheduled for August 17, September 14, and October 12.

On Sunday, October 12, we will hold our final Unified Worship Service and Congregational Conversation event at Prices Fork Elementary School.

Here’s what to expect:

  • 9:45 AM – Unified Worship Service
We will gather in the Prices Fork Elementary School Cafeteria for a special time of worship as one church family. Life Groups will not meet that morning.
  • 10:30 AM – Boxed Lunch Distribution
Following the service, we’ll distribute boxed lunches, and everyone will be assigned seating.
  • 11:00 AM – Congregational Conversations Begin
These small group conversations are a key step in our pastor search process. Led by Bill Owen, from the Center for Healthy Churches, this first conversation will allow us to reflect, share, and discuss together about the future of Church on Main.

To help us prepare, we encourage you to register by clicking the button below.
While registration is not required, it will help us gauge how many participants to expect. More importantly, we want as much of our congregation as possible to attend all three conversations—it’s vital that we take this step forward together.

Childcare will be provided for infants through 8th grade. High schoolers are encouraged to participate in the conversation.
